The video above shows a model by a Dave School Student based on a Jordu Schell Design. I took the asset and textured it as well as doing a multipass composite. The textures were done in Mari and rendered in Maya 2016 with mental ray. The mutlipass composite was done using Nuke

Modeled and surfaced the asset along with look dev. The asset is a take on the electric fence from the film Jurassic Park. Modeled in Modo and Textured in photoshop with a diffuse and bump map.

First version (upper) was a take on the fence as a whole in a jungle setting. The fence is getting more green diffuse because I used an hdri image specifically so I could see how it would would look when it was more engulfed in a jungle like setting.

The second version (below) is the same fence but we decided to add a break in there. So I went back and added broken pieces as well as "knocking down" one of the steel I-beams. Then I adjusted some of the textures to have a more broken concrete feel. This version I used a different hdri image for look dev so I could see how the asset would look under a more open environment with a a greater effect from the sky.

The asset above is a robot based on a design by Dacosta and modeled by Jeremy Peacock. I took the asset and developed a look and backstory and proceeded to texture the asset. I based my textures off of a robot from an episode of southpark. It was mostly made of cardboard and tinfoil.

After I textured the asset I did a multipass composite using Nuke. I took the original plate and rotopainted some of the things I wanted to remove and then using a luma key I got rid of the sky and did a sky replacement. The first image is the original plate. The next image you can see the rotopaint work and sky replacement as well as integrating the textured asset into the scene.
